Eurocup 2010 - Louny - Lesná - EN

Basic Eurocup information

Date: 3. - 4. July 2010

Place: Louny (3.7.) and Lesná v Krušných horách - 915m (4.7.) 

Tracks: Louny - 21km, Lesná - 10km (criterium), Lesná (relay- Sunday)

Accomodation:   Mountain hotel Lesná, around the hotel in tents - information following

Program:

Saturday: Louny - 21km (start 15.15).  Race within the handbikers EC. 16.20 price giving ceremony. In the afternoon arrival to Lesná and accomodation.

Sunday: Lesná - 10:00 criterium start (10km) - track Hotel Lesná - TV tower Jedlová hora and back. Relay after the criterium.

Srating fee:

Lesná - foreigners 10€ (on site 12€), members of the Czech footbike association 150Kč (ČSK is supporting the starting fee for the registered members), 

Louny - 6€ unitl 26th June. Registration on site availible for starting fee 8€.

Tracks:

Louny: Town circle 21km - start infront of T-mobile building. Parking at surrounding parking slots. Track - see the map. We go 10 laps and we do not finish the 10 laps after the first footbiker finishes.

Lesná: Track is going from Hotel Lesná on the paved forrest road to TV transmitter Jedlák and back. Most of the track is without traffic. Part of the road with possible traffic will be covered by organizers. For more information see the maps. Elevation profile see below. The total superelevation of the track is 400m.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is possible very close to the start of the race at the Mountain hotel Lesná. The hotel has 43 places. Price per night is 300Kc - 580Kc (12€ - 23€) depending on the quality of the room. About 800m from the start is another accommodation possibility "in private" - 250Kc/night (10€) - here is availible 12 places. You have to order accomodation yourself - follow  www.horskyhotellesna.cz/ (accommodation at hotel and in private as well - phone contact prefered). Camping around the hotel is allowed for FREE. More possibilites for accommodation near Lesná will be added. Accommodation is not covered in the starting fee! Note that the hotel is open for other customers as well - do not wait with booking.

Food: 

Reastaurant in hotel Lesná offers excellent kitchen - the capacity is sufficient for all racers. Food is not covered in the starting fee!
